Plans to turn a Southampton house, far left, back into a nursery have been submitted to the city council. PLANS have been unveiled to turn a Southampton house back into a nursery for up to 50 children. The property at Shaftesbury Avenue, Southampton, was used as a nursery until 2017 and is currently a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO). If the scheme is given the go-ahead the nursery will be run by the previous occupant, Tiny Stars Nurseries. The application says: "Southampton City Council receives funding to provide 15 hours a week of free childcare for disadvantaged two-year-olds. "The site is located within an area with significant numbers of eligible families and has subsequently seen a rise in demand for places at other providers.
