Defence lawyer Brad Hill told reporters outside Maroochydore Magistrates Court his client Brad Murray Evans would remain in custody following his court appearance on Tuesday morning. Evans, 32, was expected to apply for bail on 10 charges of fraud on Tuesday but Mr Hill told the court police were reviewing a bail application. "Check addresses and things?" Magistrate Matthew McLaughlin asked. "Yes," Mr Hill replied.
