Lenoir Man Arrested On Virginia Fugitive Warrant Derek Lee Ritchie Lenoir Man Arrested On Virginia Fugitive Warrant January 26, 2021 37-year-old Derek Lee Ritchie of Tumbleweed Drive in Lenoir was arrested Monday (January 25) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged on a felony warrant as a fugitive from another state. Ritchie is wanted in Augusta County, Virginia on felony warrants charging him with grand larceny and breaking & entering. Ritchie was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $50,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (January 26) in Lenoir.
