Common sense gun control can make a difference
In light of recent mass killings by guns in the U.S. I need to respond to Randy Lynch commentary in the Sun-News on April 11 about the gun debate. He said the AR-15 isn’t a military weapon and that any gun control ideas are ineffective. He said, “all stricter gun laws do is target and victimize law abiding citizens and yes, good guys with guns do stop bad guys with guns.” How have we become so cynical about addressing this issue?
