LIMA — A Lima man currently serving a 30-month prison sentence for burglary and grand theft of a firearm was presented an offer from prosecutors to resolve his case on similar but unrelated charges.
Paul Miner Jr., 26, is currently an inmate at the Ohio Department of Correction and Rehabilitation after his conviction in an Allen County courtroom earlier this year. In December he was indicted by a grand jury on additional charges of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony that includes a three-year firearm specification; having a weapon under disability, a third-degree felony; and carrying a concealed weapon, a felony of the fourth-degree.
