Several intersections will be affected from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Norman Storm Debris Pickup Limbs will need to be set away from mailboxes and to the public right-of-way. Thunder Blood Drive The Oklahoma City Thunder is teaming up with the Oklahoma Blood Institute for the 13th annual Holiday Blood Drive Monday. Anyone who donates blood will get a free OKC Thunder long-sleeved shirt. The drive is from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
