Laubach Literacy of Ventura County provides free tutoring and materials for adults 18 and older wanting to learn or improve their English and learn American culture. One-to-one tutoring is arranged by the tutor and adult learner and generally takes place in public libraries, coffee shops, houses of worship, outdoors or any location convenient to the
