Other local governments have unanimously recommended the eligibity of the 55-acre Murzyn-Anderson property at the southwest corner of Irving Park and Rodenburg roads in Schaumburg for a tax increment finance district to help fund the costly wetland mitigation required for its development as Alsip-based Experior Transport's new headquarters.
