Local high-school vaccination numbers fall short DAVE CLARKE The Star Courier The weather wasn't perfect and the turnout was less than hoped, but a COVID vaccination clinic for area 16-, 17- and 18-year-old high school students held Tuesday, April 20, is hoped to encourage other students to "get a shot", too. Partnering on the clinic were the Henry & Stark County Health Department, and the Henry County Office of Emergency Management, which have held twice-weekly mass vaccination clinics at the East Campus since early February, and the Bureau, Henry, Stark Regional Office of Education. It was held at the Black Hawk College East Campus.
