WHIZ News Local man sentenced in child rape case ZANESVILLE, Ohio–A local man who was sentenced last month in a child assault case was back in the courtroom Wednesday in a separate case involving the rape of a child. According to the Prosecutor’s Office, 27-year- old Christian Harmon of Nashport appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court where he pleaded guilty to multiple charges including Rape and Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor. Judge Mark Fleegle sentenced Harmon to a maximum of 51 1/2 years to life in prison. That sentence was combined with the prison time he received in the child assault case for a total sentence of 59.5 years to life in prison.
