Local News Briefs: Times Recorder recognized by Associated Press Staff Report TR receives AP Awards nominations ZANESVILLE - The Zanesville Times Recorder received six nominations for work completed in 2020 from the Ohio Associated Press Media Editors Awards. The TR competes in Division II. Among nominations were best digital presence, best headline writer for Christine Holmes and best public service for Erin Couch's story on fire departments being dissatisfied with the Perry County 911 system amid a new levy. Photographer Chris Crook received nominations for best photographer, best photo story for coverage of a local pride event and best video for a piece on Dresden & Co.
