Doughty earns school board honors ZANESVILLE - Robert W. Doughty, member of the governing board of the Muskingum Valley Educational Service Center, has recently received the Veteran School Board Member Award from the Ohio School Boards Association of the Southeast Region for 25 years of service. The award recognizes school board members for their years of dedicated service to their association and work on behalf of their respective school board. Doughty is one of six school board members in the southeast region to be recognized for 25 years of service in 2020.
