The latest public health order from the New Mexico Department of Health has announced the majority of counties have moved to the least restrictive Turquoise Level. Locally, counties that have moved to Turquoise include Grant Luna, and Sierra counties. Hidalgo County remains in Green and Catron County moved back to the Yellow level.
