According to the decree-law, published in Diário da República, for this period of state of emergency, decreed until the end of the month, the fines for non-compliance with government measures have been doubled. The article on the special criterion for measuring the fine reads that “during the state of emergency, the minimum and maximum values ??of the fines provided (...) are doubled”.
