He gave the charge on Tuesday when he received them on a thank you visit at Government House, Port Harcourt adding that they should not abuse the opportunity that has been given to them to serve the people at the grassroots. He told the elected chairmen of the 23 local government areas of the state to deliver dividends of democracy in their respective councils.
