Man (27) charged in connection with missing Hovarth brothers Five-year-old Patrick Hovarth and brother Fabricio (8) were last seen in north Belfast on Friday getting into a black car in the Limestone Road area. 19 May, 2021 20:10 A man will appear before a court on Thursday charged in relation to two young brothers who have been missing from north Belfast since last week. The PSNI has charged a 27-year-old man with two counts of keeping a child away from the responsible person. The charge relates to five-year-old Patrick Hovarth and his eight-year-old brother Fabricio, who were last seen getting into a black coloured Ford car at around 6pm on Friday in the Limestone Road area of north Belfast.
