Man, 30, admits possessing 'hippy crack' with intent to supply in one of the first convictions since change in law to crack down on laughing gas

Thomas Salton, 30, of Brentwood, Essex has admitted possessing laughing gas with intent to supply in what a police force described as one of the first such convictions since changes in the law.
