Paul Boyle, with an address at Sandyford View, Blackglen Road, Dublin is charged with 23 offences including multiple counts of harassment and offensive sexual conduct. Originally from Scotland, Mr Boyle faces 12 charges of harassment, nine charges of offensive conduct of a sexual nature and two charges of possession of child pornography - a text and video file, on dates in 2019 and 2020.
