A man has been arrested after the attack in Southampton. Inset: Dr Peng Wang A MAN has been arrested after a university lecturer was subjected to a racist attack whilst jogging in Southampton. On Tuesday, Dr Peng Wang, a lecturer at the University of Southampton was out jogging when a group of four men drove past in a car shouting abuse at him. Police say that the men then got out the car, approached Dr Wang, and proceeded to punch and kick him to the ground. The incident, which officers have confirmed was racially aggravated, happened at around 4.15pm on Vosper Road.
