Man charged following Langwarrin South burglary The man was arrested after the victim returned home to his Shepherds Hut Road property about10pm. He observed a silver Nissan Maxima in the driveway of the property with the doors and boot open. The victim, a 79-year-old, called Triple Zero (000) and before police arrived, he and his neighbour, a 53-year-old man, confronted the alleged offender in the driveway of the property. Police arrived shortly after and arrested a 44-year-old Frankston South man. A search of the Nissan located a loaded 12-gauge shotgun, a compound bow, ammunition and a large quantity of what police will allege is stolen property.
