(WTVF) â Metro Nashville Police officers charged 52-year-old Raul Ramos possessing a hoax hazardous device and trespassing at a South Nashville home. MNPD Photo: MNPD Police say the incident at a home on Glenpark Drive was connected to an ongoing dispute. The victims told police they were inside and saw Ramos on the side of the home carrying oxygen tanks and standing over a small blue cooler. When they confronted him, he reportedly tried to run away but they quickly detained him. Due to the suspicious items, responding officers established a perimeter and evacuated nearby residences.
