Man charged with attempted murder after snow-plowing inciden

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A 77-year-old man is accused of shooting at another man and the man's young daughter Friday morning in a snow-plowing incident involving neighbors in Falling Waters, W.Va.
Terry William Braden of Cunningham Drive was charged with two counts of attempted murder in connection with the incident, which West Virginia State Police troopers responded to investigate just before 8:30 a.m., according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records said.
Authorities were advised that Braden shot at Cody Foster because he was throwing rocks at Braden while the defendant was cleaning the driveway, according to a complaint filed against the defendant by State Police Cpl. Z.S. Conner.
