A spokesperson for Suffolk Police said: "A man has been charged with drink-driving following an incident involving an e-scooter in Ipswich last week. "At around 1.50am on Monday 5 April, officers on patrol in Lindbergh Road spotted someone using an e-scooter in the street and followed them into Hilton Road, where they were stopped.
