Man charged with 'utterly deplorable' attack on a vulnerable

A man has been charged for his part in “an utterly deplorable” attack in which a vulnerable male was slapped, kicked, mocked and stripped of his lower clothing, with the incident filmed by the assailant’s accomplice.
