Man dies after falling through ice on Wolverine Lake and last updated 2021-01-25 15:41:04-05 OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. (WXYZ) â A 26-year-old man riding a snowmobile on Wolverine Lake died Sunday when the vehicle crashed through the ice, authorities said. Police say the man, who was from Wixom, was under the water for an hour before being removed by the Oakland County Dive Team. The man was taken to Huron Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
