A man wanting to end his own life was found back on the same bridge over one of Stoke-on-Trent's busiest roads - just hours after being released from a psychiatric hospital.
Mental health campaigner Craig Spillane discovered the man - in his 50s - on Holden Lane bridge above Leek New Road, in Sneyd Green.
