The Cairns Supreme Court heard Loxley Patrick Cassidy, 22, was living alone in his mum's house about 20km outside Cooktown, had no car, no phone and no job. He sent Facebook messages to a 15-year-old boy in March last year to organise to meet with him in a park and sell him cannabis.
