Man jailed after 'violent and terrifying attack' that left two people injured A 22-year-old man from Reading has been jailed after pleading guilty to grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon. On July 18 this year, a man and a woman were turning their car around in Cardinal Close, Reading, when they were approached by a group including 22-year-old Lasargo Muge. The group shouted at the pair before Muge threatened the man with a machete through the car door. Both victims were also punched by members of the group. The pair fled and reported the incident, before seeing Muge in the passenger seat of a separate vehicle shortly afterwards, which they then followed while on the phone to police.
