HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. — Maryland police have arrested a man who reportedly threatened to kill a police officer and then crashed his SUV into the front of the police station on Sunday in Havre de Grace. The Havre de Grace Police Department said a man, later identified as Timothy Joel Jackson Kahl, had phoned the station around 9:40 p.m. Sunday. During the call, he threatened to murder an officer, WBAL-TV reported. Using investigative resources, police were able to determine the suspect was near his house on Village Drive. Officers responded to the home where they found Kahl, 28, in his vehicle. The suspect was reportedly known to police.
