Man wanted after Zanesville shooting, girlfriend arrested in Cambridge Jamarr McConnell and Jasmine Harding turned over to Zanesville Police Department The Daily Jeffersonian Two people facing multiple felony charges including a man charged with attempted murder in connection with a Zanesville shooting were arrested by Cambridge police Saturday at a South 11th Street apartment. Jamarr A. McConnell, 31, Zanesville, and Jasmine N.D. Harding, 21, Cambridge, were arrested and transported to the Guernsey-Muskingum county line where they were released into the custody of Zanesville police officers. A vehicle owned by Harding was also impounded at the request of Zanesville police. McConnell is facing one count of attempted murder, a first-degree felony; 22 counts each of felonious assault and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, second-degree felonies, and discharging a firearm over a public roadway, third-degree felonies; and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
