Man with deep ties to North Dakota college is recognized as alumnus of the year
In today's "Neighbors" column, Bob Lind shares the story of Michael Worner, who was recently honored by the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton.

Last April,
Michael Worner, formerly of Mayville, N.D., and now of Fargo, was given the 2020 Alumnus of the Year Award by the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton.
Mike graduated from the college with a liberal arts degree in 1963.
The award was deeply appreciated by Mike, because of his affection for the college and because he’d recently been dealing with cancer.
