Apr 15, 2021 (Providence, RI) -- A man was arrested for carrying an unlicensed gun during a rally at the Rhode Island Island State House Wednesday, which was held in connection to the shooting of a black man by a police officer in Minnesota this week. Dennis Torres of Riverside was carrying a loaded handgun, according to the Providence Police Department.
