Managing agent sought to run new £6.7m health and wellbeing facility in Wrexham A managing agent is being sought to run a new £6.7m health and wellbeing facility being created in Wrexham. Changes to the ground floor of the local authority’s offices on Chester Street are designed so residents can access a number of services under the same roof, including health and social care. The project is being delivered jointly by Wrexham Council, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and AVOW (Association of Voluntary Organisations in Wrexham) with the help of funding from the Welsh Government. The organisations involved are now seeking a managing agent to oversee the day to day running of the facility.
