The independent inquiry was due to recommence after Christmas on January 12, but was pushed back until today over the continuing coronavirus crisis. This week, the inquiry will sit from Monday to Wednesday. Counsel to the inquiry, Paul Greaney QC, will open the tenth chapter of evidence by providing an introduction to key events within the emergency response timeline and setting out issues to be considered.
