Two witnesses are scheduled to give evidence. They are crew manager Nicholas Mottram and watch manager Neil Helmrich. The first fire engine arrived at the scene more than two hours after the explosion. The public inquiry is currently examining evidence relating to the response of the emergency services to the atrocity.
