Mayer and Cherry Hill Police Chief William "Bud" Monaghan. Police found 64-year-old Leopold McKoy, of Bear, Delaware, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 1700 block of Abbey Road at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning. McKoy was pronounced deceased on the scene, police said.
