Dr. Brent Roussin, the province’s chief provincial public health officer, reported 133 new cases in Manitoba on Monday, including just 47 in Winnipeg — the lowest single-day number in months. Winnipeg’s test positivity rate also plummeted to 8.8%, still high, but down nearly 2% from last week.
