Mapleton Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Preparation of

(Fargo, ND) -- Acting United States Attorney Nicholas W. Chase announced that U.S. District Court Chief Judge Peter D. Welte sentenced 43-year-old Benjamin Boway to 18 months in federal prison for the charge of Aiding in Preparation of False Tax Returns. Judge Welte also sentenced Boway to 1 year of supervised released, $134,498 in restitution and $500 in special assessment
