Marathon Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the proposed holding company for Marathon Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Bank has received all regulatory approvals required for the completion of the Bank’s mutual holding company reorganization and the Company’s minority stock offering and expects to close the offering on April 14, 2021. Shares of the Company’s common stock are anticipated to begin trading on April 15, 2021 on the OTC Pink Marketplace.
