Mariners to offer COVID-19 vaccines during games at T-Mobile Park Inside T-Mobile Park on April 2, 2021. (MyNorthwest photo) Similar to the Seattle Sounders, the Seattle Mariners will now offer COVID-19 vaccines to eligible fans attending home games starting this week. Thanks to a partnership with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and the City of Seattle, the Mariners will start offering vaccines on Tuesday, May 4, when the Baltimore Orioles come to town. Vaccinations will be administered by Seattle Fire Department personnel. Virginia Mason Franciscan Health will provide staff and volunteers to support the process. Fans who have not yet been vaccinated and are choosing to get their shot at the game will have the choice between the single-dose Johnson & Johnson or the first dose of the Moderna vaccine. Those who will be receiving their first dose will be able to schedule their second dose at one of Seattle’s three community vaccination sites at the Lumen Field Event Center, Rainier Beach, or West Seattle.
