Marketing firm Falls renovates, expands its space in Terminal Tower Rob Falls Marketing firm Falls, like a lot of companies with offices in downtown Cleveland, has had employees work remotely throughout the pandemic. When workers return, though, they will be in larger, renovated space in the firm's longtime home in Terminal Tower. Falls announced this week that it's extending its lease at the tower — it had three years on the existing lease and has added four to that — and will add 9,600 square feet of office space, giving it more than 31,000 square feet for 85 employees. The commitment to the space is driven by growth following the merger of its two companies — Falls Communications and Falls Digital — and the October 2019 acquisition of Wyse Advertising.
