Marketing firm Falls renovates, expands its space in Terminal Tower Rob Falls Marketing firm Falls, like a lot of companies with offices in downtown Cleveland, has had employees work remotely throughout the pandemic. When workers return, though, they will be in larger, renovated space in the firm's longtime home in Terminal Tower.
