MARSHFIELD - Get ready because your favorite summer events are back this year. Last year, many organizers were forced to cancel or alter Marshfield's most popular events to help slow the spread of COVID-19. While things still could change, here are a few events that are moving forward with plans this year. Dairyfest Dairyfest will celebrate its 40th anniversary June 4 and 5. The event will be a bit different this year. A reverse parade will be held, meaning people will be able to walk around and view the floats that will be parked on Central Avenue. The event also includes the Mayor's Dairyfest Breakfast at the Marshfield Fairgrounds, 513 E. 17th St., children's activities, an outdoor movie and a softball tournament.
