The following information is being released from the Mattoon Police Department:
Mattoon Police arrested Michael D. Briseno, 69 years of age of Mattoon, for the offense of Predatory Sexual Assault of a Child. The arrest occurred on 1/29/2021 at 2:50pm in the 3900 block of Western Ave in Mattoon. The charge alleges Mr. Briseno made physical contact, sexual in nature, with a female who was under the age of 13 at the time. These allegations were said to have occurred in Mattoon, within the past 3 years. Mr. Briseno was taken to the Coles County Jail. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Mattoon Police arrested Jessy A. Bialeschki, 38 years of age of Mattoon, for the offense of Violation of Order of Protection.
