North Carolina has gotten more votes based on its co-ACC championship and beating Duke on Sunday. Maryland, which was idle this week, still has the Big Ten Tournament ahead with more opportunities to boost its resume as the No. 1 overall seed. Duke, Notre Dame and Virginia follow in the ACC-heavy top five. Risers this week include Denver, which is up to No. 7 after a close win against Villanova. The Wildcats are up to No. 12 following that OT loss and a one-sided victory against Lehigh. Loyola and Vermont are back in the Top 20.
