More snow could be on the way in South West Hertfordshire and London as the Met Office issued a weather warning. The weather forecaster has issued a yellow warning for snow and ice on Sunday and is in place from 8am until 11.59pm. It said that “an area of rain and snow will linger over southeast England Sunday leading to some icy stretches and some travel disruption”. It said people should expect: Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths
