You can unsubscribe at any time. The Met Office has forecast outbreaks of heavy rain across the south on Wednesday, issuing a weather warning for parts of the south of the country. The yellow rain warning is in place from 6am on Wednesday, December 23 and expires at 6am on Thursday, December 24, and will see 2.7 inches of rain fall in the worst affected areas, the warning said.
