Michigan man gets prison time for killing pedestrian with vehicle in Fargo
David James Torgerson of Calumet, Mich., pleaded guilty Tuesday, May 18, to Class B felonies of manslaughter and failure to report a fatal accident. He was scheduled to go to trial Tuesday, but Judge Wade Webb accepted the plea and ordered him to serve six years in prison.
