LANSING — Changes are afoot for Michigan workers.
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer recently announced Michigan workers who have been working remotely for more than a year will be able to return to the office. In addition, the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) updated its emergency rules.
Changes include no longer requiring fully-vaccinated employees to wear face masks or social distance, except in certain health care settings; eliminating regulations for specific industries, such as bars and restaurants; and loosening cleaning requirements.
