View Comments An 8th-grade student accused of keeping a "hit list" of classmates and staff at his middle school is facing multiple charges. According to the Clermont County Sheriff's Office, administrators at West Clermont Middle School were made aware on Wednesday morning that a student was displaying a list of names, including students and staff, he planned to harm. School officials contacted the sheriff's office and searched the student's property and found the list of names. Investigators arrived at the school and spoke with the student who said he made a "hit list" but had no intention of carrying it out.
